Our Team continues its participation in Operation Olave at Connell Park in Woodstock, NB . We have entered
Projects or Challenges in this Girl Guide & Pathfinder event for several years. This year marked the 100th Year of Guiding
and is also the 27th Anniversary of Operation Olave.

Our Command Post Van is on site and ready to go. We have Project 5 and Project 6 this year.
Also, many of our Team Members are busy all this weekend participating in a Wilderness Response First Aid Course.
The Leaders have a cake for the Guides and Pathfinders at their headquarters building.
The "Plaster Rock" NTS (Topographic) Map we used at this event. The participating team members must identify various features from the map. This is Project 6 this year.
Our Flower and Leaf identification project for the Challenge. How many could you properly identify at a glance? This is Project 5 this year.
The first Teams arrive and Beth is ready to go. Teams will normally arrive at the various challenges until the early Sunday morning hours.
Our Command Post Van is set up and ready for the Map Project. It is very nice weather for this event and we are presently under a clear blue early evening sky.
